Services Provided

Kens Crystal Clean LLC provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to standard, deep, move-in/out cleanings. 

Booking & Sceduling
  • Appointments can be made by phone, or email.​

  • Please provide accurate details and address.​

  • A minimum of 24-48 hours' notice is requested for scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellations.​

  • Same day or emergency services may incur additional fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand things come up! To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least a 72-hour notice. Cancelations made within 72 hours of your scheduled cleaning may be subject to a fee. See Cancelation policy for more infromation.

Payments
  • Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late or declined payments may result in a service suspension

Client Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and accessible entry at the scheduled time.

  • Inform us of any surfaces or items that may need special care.

  • We are not responsible for any damages caused by instable, faulty, or improperly installed fixtures or furniture.

Damage & Liability

While we take great care during service:

  • Any accidental damages will be reviewed promptly 

  • Kens Crystal Clean LLC is insured and will handle legitimate claims within reasonable limits.

  • We are not responsible for any normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.

Health & Safety

We maintain safe practices for our clients and staff. We do not clean hazardous materials, biohazards, or infestations.

Unsafe environments may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

Policies
Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the information necessary to provide our cleaning services - such as your name, address, phone number, and payment details. We use this information only for communication, scheduling, and billing. We never share your personal information. All transactions are handled securely. 

Refund & Dispute Policy

As a part of our commitment to transparency, all sales are final, and no refunds are issued once services have been rendered.

Each cleaning session is treated with care and professionalism, and we strive to meet and exceed your expectations every time. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact Kens Crystal Clean LLC immediately so we can review and resolve the issue promptly. In the event of any disagreement or dispute, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through direct communication before taking further legal or administrative action.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our goal is to always be flexible while also respecting the time reserved for your service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • For cancellations made with more than 72 hours in advance no fee will be charged we can gladly reschedule for another day.

  • For cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

  • Same day cancellations or no-shows 50% of the estimated service cost will be charged.

These policies help cover the time and scheduling reserved specifically for your cleaning service.

We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of inclement weather, staff illness, or emergencies. If we need to reschedule, we will provide a discount.

Property Access Policy

The client must ensure that we have safe and timely access to the property.

If entry is not possible (locked doors, incorrect gate code, or gate attendant not notified), the full quoted service amount will still be due, as time has been reserved exclusively for your appointment.

Payment Policy
  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to services.

  • Late Payments are subject to a $25 late fee if not received within five (5) days of the service date.

Health & Safety Policy
  • Kens Crystal Clean LLC reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue service if the work environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or poses risk to the health or safety of staff.

  • If unsafe or hazardous conditions are encountered upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at the discretion of the business, and a partial or full-service fee may still apply.

  • Clients are asked to notify us if anyone in the household has recently been ill, tested positive for a contagious virus, or is showing symptoms of an illness.

Preparing For Arrival Policy
  • Clients are asked to pick up clothing, toys, and any items from the floor prior to service. If surfaces are more than 75% cluttered, those areas will not be cleaned, unless discussed otherwise prior to service.

  • To allow proper cleaning and polishing, the sink must be empty. If dishes need to be washed a additional $10 fee will apply.

  • Excess pet hair, odors, or pet waste may result in an additional charge of $25-50. depending on the extent of the cleaning required.

Estimate & Price Adjustment Policy

All estimates are based on the information provided by the client regarding home size, condition, and service type. Kens Crystal Clean LLC reserves the right to adjust the quoted price (including discounts) if the property details differ then those described in booking.
